This is a great opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills as Drew Karschner and our Group Coaches discuss these tensions & questions.
We will also be sharing some updates about what God has been up to at Northridge and give you the inside scoop of what's next for our church.

Group Leaders Red Wings Game
Join us for a free Rochester Red Wings vs. Colombus Clippers baseball game on Friday, May 30th. Bring the family.
As someone who has lead a Community Group in 2024-2025, we hope you can join the Northridge Church staff as we celebrate you and all that God has done in our groups ministry this year.
It's just a small way we want to say thanks for all you do to care for and lead your group members.
Dinner is from 6PM-7:30PM. Be sure to arrive during that time to enjoy some Burgers, Hot Dogs, Potato Chips, Tossed Green Salad, Baked Beans, Ice Cold Soda, and Ice Cream Sandwiches. (Gluten free buns and hot dogs are available by request.)
Stick around after the game for fireworks!
The game begins at 6:45PM.
