A Leap of Faith (Jairus)

This is the last week of the Fall Trimester.

This is a great opportunity to review your progress on your growth goals, and recommit to them or set a new goal for the holiday break.

Don’t just set goals, but assign partners to help each other follow through while you are on break.

If you have not yet made plans for the holiday break, check out these opportunities to connect and serve together.

Mountains Still Move

This is the last week of the Winter Community Group Trimester.

Here are 3 great ways to end the trimester:

  • Share a meal together

  • Celebrate communion over the meal (Communion Instructions)

  • Spend time praying for and celebrating what God is doing through the Mountain Mover series and future launch of the Brighton Campus. Use the Mountain Mover Prayer cards (Found HERE)

We have a 2 week break until the Spring Trimester begins.

The Spring Trimester will go for 6 weeks from April 16th - May 17th.

For Such A Time As This

With this series everyone will receive a booklet where they can take sermon notes and also see the sermon discussion questions. Encourage your group to bring the booklets with them to group.

You may also consider using the 28-Day Prayer Cards in your prayer time to guide your prayers as a group for what God may do in our hearts and in our church as we look to saturate Rochester with the Gospel.

Unfiltered Faith

This is the last week of the Winter Community Group trimester. This is a great time to review your growth goals again with your group members.

2020.03.15 - Drew Karschner - "Unfiltered Faith" When Jesus and His disciples got caught sailing across a lake in the middle of a storm, Jesus slept while His friends panicked. This story represents many of our lives when facing difficult situations. How do we avoid panic and fear and instead trust God? Mark 4:35-41

Gained Ground

We are encouraging Community Groups to throw a party with their group this week in celebration of what God is doing in our lives and in and through our church.

Below are general sermon discussion questions you can use to discuss any sermon.

2019.04.14 - Drew Karschner - "Gained Ground" The Bible is full of people who followed God even though it made them look foolish to the world around them. Throughout the 130 years of Northridge’s history, we have seen the faithfulness of God time and time again. Now we have the opportunity to step out in faith to see people in our community come to know Christ’s love. 2 Corinthians 5:7
